- What happens if I want to cancel my booking?
If you wish to cancel your booking, our cancellation policies apply depending on how long before the arrival date the cancellation is made. Please refer to our booking conditions for the exact details.
- What cancellation fees might apply?
The cancellation fees vary depending on how far in advance you cancel. Typically, cancellations closer to the arrival date will incur higher fees. You can find the exact fees in our booking conditions.
- Will I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
The refund depends on the cancellation policies and how early you cancel. Please read our booking conditions to find out if you are eligible for a refund and its amount.
- Can I move my booking to another date?
Depending on availability, you might be able to move your booking to another date instead of canceling it. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities and terms for a rescheduling. Depending on peak and off-peak times, the price might differ from your original booking rate.
- What happens if I want to change my booking?
Changes to bookings depend on availability and booking conditions. Minor changes might be possible, but major changes might require cancellations and rebooking. Please contact us to discuss the options.
- Is cancellation insurance applicable to my booking?
Cancellation insurance is usually optional and needs to be purchased separately. Please check if you have taken out cancellation insurance and what conditions apply.
- How can I cancel or change my booking?
To cancel or make changes to your booking, please contact our management. Note that cancellations or changes might incur fees as per the booking conditions. Price adjustments are possible when making changes.
- Can I transfer a booking to someone else?
Bookings can typically be transferred to other individuals. Please contact our management to discuss the exact steps and any necessary information.
- Can the vacation home be canceled by the landlord?
In exceptional cases, such as unforeseen circumstances or unexpected damage to the villa, the landlord might be forced to cancel a booking. In such a case, we will endeavor to offer alternative accommodations or arrange a refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation before arrival

You will receive a full refund of amounts due and already paid. - more than 60 days before arrival
You will receive a partial refund of 50 percent of the booking price. - from the 60th day prior to arrival
In this case, no refund will be provided. The full booking price is due.

Depending on availability, changes and rebookings may incur additional fees. - No-show or early departure:
In case of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be given. - Cancellation insurance:
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance that allows you to receive a refund under certain conditions, even if you have to cancel at short notice. - Force majeure:
In cases of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or the unavailability of the rental property, the full booking price will be refunded. For other unforeseen events, we ask for personal contact with us so that we can find a joint solution.
